IBM Integrates Scene7 Dynamic Imaging Solution
Novato, CA Scene7, Inc. is providing its Infinite Imaging
Platform to be marketed with IBM (NYSE:IBM) software and hardware
platforms. A key element of the relationship will focus on integrating
Scene7's platform with IBM's WebSphere Commerce software to
provide the complete solution to publish dynamic images across the
enterprise. "The Scene7 relationship is a great example
of how IBM provides customers with vision and thought leadership in
bringing innovative business solutions to market," said Bart

agreement, our customers will now benefit from best-in-class dynamic
imaging capabilities with an easy, out of the box implementation when
they choose IBM software and hardware platforms."
Scene7's Infinite Imaging Platform enables companies to cost-effectively
create, manage and publish dynamic images, helping customers increase
sales and reduce costs associated with digital imaging. Scene7 clients
can easily computer generate any digital image they need in
absolute photo quality for uses including Websites, catalogs,
partner extranets and marketing collateral. "We are thrilled

The Master Relationship Agreement encompasses three key IBM divisions
and outlines working together on multiple initiatives in product development,
the porting of Scene7's platform to major IBM environments and extensive
marketing efforts for the combined solution. IBM customers will receive
benefits in the evaluation, licensing, implementation and ongoing
management when adopting the solutions contemplated in the relationship
agreement announced today.
